Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Constant rescheduling or cancellations may require a deposit to book future appointments.
No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 50% no-show fee based on the service reserved. A deposit may be required to book future appointments after a no-show.
Frequent Booking Changes: Frequent booking, canceling, or rescheduling — even when done in advance — may result in a security deposit requirement for future appointments, to ensure availability for clients who are ready to commit to their scheduled time.
Late Arrival: Clients arriving more than 7 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a no-show depending on appointment length and schedule capacity.
